3. 她 (Elegy)
出生和離世都需要充滿儀式感的一刻，象徵告別的輓歌來紀念她。我們用高舉慶賀表示哀悼，因為不斷在發生的未來如烈日般閃耀。Gladly we mourn, because the future has arrived and it is bright as the sun.
生人活捉！無所遁形！
冼佩瑾-小瑾永遠是「the apple of your eye」，正如在清脆爽朗的單曲《女兒》中展現另類的嬉戲姿態，是女兒與吉他一起打造的遊樂場，轉場瞬間的老電影氣氛則暗喻著對過去的悲傷，並為其反思。她的歌聲帶有懸疑片的神秘刺激、以及跳躍又明快的幽默感，這並不是為了製造恐懼，而是幫助我們認清我們生活在一個被現實幻滅的童話世界。
值得慶幸的是，這趟綿延不盡的旅程女兒並不是一個人行走。即使有時她會因為眼前殘缺的畫布而感到不耐或沮喪，那也使她衝動地抓住畫筆，渴望從中找到隱藏的慾望...
音樂啟發電影、電影重新啟發音樂。MV導演許安榮聽完《女兒》之後，決定必須活埋冼佩瑾 - 她居然歡快地接受了這個告別的程序，還為自己的 “困境” 寫了一首極簡的輓歌。於是，《女兒》三部曲誕生了!

Dead or alive, Celeste Syn will always be “the apple of your eye”, as her crunchy single [Daughter] informs. An offbeat strut sets a merry playground for daughter and guitar in their frolic interactive moments, while an air of old-cinema suggests a sentimental reflection of the past. The canopy of haunting vocals spells humour, not horror, unless one is spooked by “dolls" and “tooth decay”.
All in all, you must not be distracted by fun and games because the matter at hand is serious - unless you cut off parts of yourself that are not aligned with who you were created to be, you will…
Thankfully, this is an ongoing journey, and daughter does not go through it on her own, although somewhere buried in this track lies her hidden desire, at times impatient and frustrated by the incomplete canvas before her eyes, to grab the paint brush from…
Music inspired film, film re-inspired music. On hearing Daughter, director An Rong Xu decides that Celeste Syn must be buried alive. To nobody’s surprise, she writes a short elegy to celebrate her “plight”, Hence the birth of 3-track single [Daughter].
